I'm in Kingston now, half-way through my course. The learning has been good with some strategies and ideas for visioning, managing conflict and negotiating change. The topics have become quite timely, considering the upcoming decisions that need to be made, which course of action we might take.
The highlight so far has been Sister Helen Prejean, who spoke about passion in our ministry, its link to witness and fidelity. She's speaking again in a few minutes about her work with death row inmates and her fight against the death penalty.
My computer access is limited here so I'll post more after I get back Friday night.
