This Sunday, after worship at Ravenswood and before worship at Arkona, there will be brief meetings of the congregation to consider the recommendation of the Ministry & Personnel committee regarding Weekend Supply for the majority of my Parental Leave.

I'll explain what "Weekend Supply" entails: leadership and preparation of Sunday worship services and tending to any pastoral care needs that may arise through the week. So there will be some sense of a consistent ministerial presence throughout the leave time. I will also be on-call for emergencies and funerals as availability permits.

While I don't think it's prudent to disclose payment figures (or names of people without their permission), to the Internet population, there is a specific individual who is willing to take on this role with us who is well-qualified and offers wonderful gifts of ministry.
